Christina Shearme has worker with The Family Education & Support Centre for almost 18 years in various roles connecting with clients, supporting the needs of the community and working at an administration level. The needs of non- profit organizations have intensified in the past 10 years and Christina has worked to grow and learn continually to always keep the needs of the community at the heart of the work. Programs like Project Impact, and Transformative Reconciliation have been integral teachings that shape the work Christina continues to do.
