Speaker Bio
Matt began his career with Tigercat Industries Inc. in September of 1996, joining the Track Machine Engineering group after graduation from Mohawk College in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
After eight years in Engineering, Matt moved from his role as Track Vehicle Product Manager to take over Tigercat’s growing worldwide export operations as International Sales Manager.
In 2010 after having extensively travelled throughout the global forestry markets, expanding Tigercat’s dealer network and market presence, Matt took an opportunity to gain additional industry experience as a Territory Sales Manager with Case IH Agriculture, focusing on dealer sales and customer support efforts in South-Western Ontario, Canada.
Three and a half years later, the lure of the forestry industry brought Matt back to Tigercat to lead the marketing efforts for Tigercat’s growing line of harvesting and processing attachments as well as take on responsibility for Tigercat’s dealer development efforts; helping Tigercat dealers achieve exceptional customer service.
In 2018, Matt returned to a sales role as Sales Manager for Europe and Russia, continuing to expand Tigercat’s dealer coverage in that region, and in January of 2023 added the Province of British Columbia to his growing territory portfolio.
